Viva HWC (High Weight Coated) is a premium double-coated grey back white duplex board, designed for high-end and premium packaging applications where visual appeal, gloss, and brightness is critical.
This grade is produced with a total front-side coating of 20–22 GSM, achieved through pre-bar coating and top blade coating, delivering excellent gloss, high brightness, and superior smoothness.
The natural grey back is supplied with starch coating to improve adhesion, strength, and corrugation compatibility.
